Personalised Running Photography
I provide personalised photography services for running events such as half marathons and marathons. Having participated in these events, I've frequently been let down by the photos available for purchase. Often, only a few of the photos offered were actually of me, compared to the images that just happened to capture my bib number with me behind someone else or out of focus. And then you get hit with the prices...
Event photographers are trying to capture thousands of runners, but what if there was someone there just for you? Whether it's your first marathon, a new city or your aiming for your next PB, you want the best photos that tell that story.
Here's how it works:
- We discuss the route and your goal pace for the day
- I plan certain points along the route that will allow me to move between them
- On the day we set up live GPS tracking (not relying on the official apps that often don't work), monitoring your progress to give me the best chance to capture you as you pass through the planned locations
- You focus on your race while I take personal photos of you, on your day!
- Images are then available for single downloads, bundles or prints

Match Photography
If you or your team has an upcoming match or tournament, I will be able to capture high quality images. I have an interest in many different sports and love the opportunity to photograph the action.
Astrophotography Processing
Processing astrophotography images comes with a very steep learning curve, especially for those not used to software such as deep sky stacker, photoshop and the various plug-ins and techniques that can be utilised when producing a final image. It takes hours learning how to take photos of nebulae and galaxies but this is only half the battle, as now you need to 'stretch' that data to produce an image that shows off your hard work.
Watching or reading how other people edit their photos is a great way to learn, but this can also be frustrating knowing which processes and techniques are best to start out with and also which to apply to your own images.
You will receive:
- Final processed image(s)
- Video recording of the steps taken and instructions
- The original file including all the edits I have made so you can use this as a reference
- PDF with instructions, tips and other useful advice
